display options on top

how can i put the display option on top of the forum like on vb.org. i want it to show on top instead of the bottom. thanks

Your referring to the 'who's online', right?? Searching for same info / looking into code as well. If I figure out the 'block' to 'move' 'up' I'll let ya know . . .
