I own one license of vBulletin, and want to make sure what I need to do to test out the next version of my website is legal.
Want the next version of my website being very content-driven by vBulletin + a new shopping cart.
3 shopping carts to test
osCommerce
ZenCart,
GeekMart when it goes RC1
2 article systems to test
Was going to use vbArticles, but the author of that hack had a disk drive crash, and apparently lost everything, and future support and migration to 3.5.0 is uncertain.
Am going to test Geek Article & Review System (GARS (http://www.thevbgeek.com/))
vbAdvanced CMPS included article system / News module
To do this, I'd like to create 3 test instances of vBulletin 3.5.1 in a non-public testing area that I and 2 other people would access via an IP address and a subdirectory like:
http:\\1.2.3.4\forums-zen
(for zen cart + GARS testing)
http:\\1.2.3.4\forums-osc
(for osc + vbA CMPS testing)
http:\\1.2.3.4\forums-geek
(for geekmart testing)
Is this OK?
Pleeeeeeeeeease say yes!
Am trying to reduce the number of things going on to make troubleshooting easier!
