need to locate quick links code

Can any one tell me where and how to alter the code in the quick link drop down i want to add the code for the flashchat.php into it..

It's in the navbar template in the admin cp.

sorry i didn't explain myself very well.

on this site you have a quick links drop down menu i want to add an option at the very top of it example a header saying Chat room then this code that when click opens a new window.<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="location or PHP file" target="_blank">Name of the file</a></td> dunno if that's made it any clearer

Are you talking about the Quick links drop down menu that is next to the search menu? If you are then it is in the navbar template. There is a section of it that is all about the menus, it starts with the search I believe, then goes to the user cp tools (I think, but either way that is where it is) To have the "Chat" as a header you would add a header row first then your row. Am I understanding you right or no? If not let me know! :)
