whenever I try to goto www.vbulletin.com it gives me this:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Clear your cache and try it again. Do you have a firewall running by chance? ;)

The server is currently under attack and we have had to block large groups of IP addresses. Unfortunately, it's likely that your proxy has been caught by these blocks.


That's what the thread basically says.

Tell Internet Explorer to use HTTP 1.1 natively and through Proxy Servers and you can connect.

why not also do a DNS flush?

start >> run >> "ipconfig /flushdns"

I have a crappy ISP. Sometimes I cannot access my own sites...
